We ship via Canadapost. Shipping charges are based on the current rates as determined by Canadapost, and are subject to change without notice.
International Shipping: We currently ship to Canadian and US residents only.
For orders to the US; we are not responsible for any extra charges, taxes or duties that may be incurred upon entry into the US.
DELIVERY: *Note: We will accept cash on delivery orders, for this option choose "Offline Payment" at checkout*
If we are going to be in your area delivery can be arranged on larger orders.
PICK-UP: *Note: We will accept cash on pick-up orders, for this payment option please choose "Offline Payment" at checkout*
We are always happy to meet our customers! If you are going to be in the area we can arrange for pick-up.
Please include a note with your order indicating what day and time will work best for you and we will contact you to make/confirm arrangements.
We are fully confident that you will love our products, however, if for any reason you have issues with or questions about your order please feel free to contact us any time at firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive a refund please return your unused items with receipt to the address below within 30days from the date of shipment. Upon receiving your return we will refund you the original purchase price less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued via e-transfer. We will not accept returns on damaged items; returns must be in their original packaging the way in which they were received.
